November 2016

The month of November was very busy with soccer games and tournaments.

Ava turned 12 this year!  We took her to Texas Roadhouse on her special day, and she got a new bedroom suite!

We went to Decatur, Alabama for a soccer tournament.  It was SO cold!

On Thanksgiving, Kevin and I went to Walmart to check out things for Black Friday.  They had wrapped the potatoes in saran wrap so Kevin was staking his claim to a pack.  HA!

I love my Nana!

That night, we took the girls along with Jason and the boys to Target to experience Black Friday shopping.  

Then we went to Cracker Barrel for a late dinner.  Even though these kids are all teenagers, it can still be impossible to get a picture where they are all looking at the camera.

October 2016

Elia turned 14 this year!  We had a big party for her involving a black light room and a paint fight.  It was so much fun!  

This was the black light room before we turned the lights off.

We had glow stuff outside as well including a volleyball net and glow balloons.

The best part was when we gave the kids tubes of paint to squirt on each other.

This was taken at the end of the night when Ava was waiting on the back porch for her turn in the shower.

The moms had to get in on the fun too in the glow room.

On Elia's actual birthday we took her to dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

This was her lovely cake that Walmart made for her.  HA!

We all went to the haunted hayride.  FUN!

Some of my teacher friends went to dinner and then went to a haunted house.  This was the most fun I have had in a long time!

I love to sacrifice my friends when clowns are near.

The kids had jersey day at school.  I love that these 3 wore Michael's jersey!

Miley got a new hair do. She is less than thrilled about it.
