On Monday, Jason, Amy, and I took the kids to the zoo. They had tons of fun! It was a perfect day for the zoo. Not too hot, not too cold, and cloudy!
Elia had Bailey spend the night Monday night. We picked up Ava's friend, Jaci, and the whole crew went to Cici's for lunch.
Then we went roller skating!
By the time we left, it was Happy Hour at Sonic so we had to get half price Nerds slushes!
Wednesday was a beautiful day so we spent the entire day in the pool. The kids got in the pool around noon. They only got out to eat dinner! They swam until 9:30 that night!
Ava spent the night with Abigail and they made this fun fort to sleep in!!
Thursday was a yucky rainy day but the kids still managed to squeeze in a swim in between the rain.
Kevin took some of his frames from his hives to make honey for the first official time! He was pretty excited!
The honey is delicious!
On Friday, Carol and I took the kids to Target and PetSmart (free zoo, ha!). Then the rain came again! YUCK! Kevin got a call about a bee swarm out in Arlington so off he went! He was super excited!
Just before the rain hit, Ava and Cami got in Carol's pool.
Suddenly, Cami realized that Ava's Barbie was exposing herself.
They are too funny!
Of course, we can never have a blog post without our furry child included.
On to week 3 of summer!!!!
