Then the kids played outside.
Then it was time for games. My cousin, Beth, and I are in charge of games every year. Everyone acts like they dread our games, but I think they secretly love them. HA! For the first game we split into 3 groups. Each group had a pair of panty hose and 8 balloons. First, they had to blow up the balloons.
Then they had to stuff 4 balloons in each leg of the panty hose.
The first group to get all 8 balloons in the legs of the pantyhose had to put it on their head and sing the chorus of Jingle Bells.
It really was a fun game!!!
Our 2nd game was a trivia game about various Christmas songs and TV shows.
Jason is a BIG nerd!!!! He and my Aunt Nancy always win the trivia games every year. This year the winner was Nancy with Jason in a close second.
Next, we played Dirty Santa with our white elephant gifts. We actually had some pretty nice White Elephant gifts this year!
Last Nana and Pepaw opened their gifts from everyone.
I LOVE my crazy and fun family!!!
